These terms and conditions are an agreement between you (\"Customer, Client\") and beesto.com. By purchasing one of our Products you acknowledge that you have read, fully understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms, at any time. You agree to regularly review these Terms and be aware of the changes made.

Description of Service

beesto.com provides Joomla! extensions(\"Products, Extensions, Software\") . Unless explicitly stated otherwise, any new Products or any new features that upgrade or enhance the Product, shall be subject to the Terms of Service.


You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of the Products, modified or unmodified. All Products are property of beesto.com. The Products are provided \"as is\" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use the Products.

We may also send you promotional offers and news about beesto.com products, but you can opt out from receiving those communications at any time.


To use Software identified as an upgrade, you must first be licensed for the Product identified as eligible for the upgrade. You will receive the next minor version releases for free for a single registered domain only, till the next major version will be out, for a period of one year, for the licensed site.

Product Delivery

Any Product is delivered to Client by Internet only (e.g. can be downloaded from this website or emailed to Client) within maximum 24 hours of payment success. beesto.com does not provide Product delivery on any type of hard media (e.g. CD).

Support policy

A Product purchase entitles you (\"Customer, Client\") to online technical support from an beesto.com staff member for one year (1 year) from the date of purchasing the Product. The support will be for a single registered domain only.

We do reserve the right to stop supporting you in any of the following situation:

  • using a defamatory, abusive, harassing, threatening, violent, vulgar, obscene language in the relation with any of beesto.com staff member
  • using a customized version of the Product, if the customization wasn't provided by beesto.com
  • infringements or violations of any right of a third party
  • violation of any law, whether civil, criminal, or regulatory in nature, regarding your usage of the Product

You agree that you will cooperate with the beesto.com in case of support issues. We will use reasonable efforts to provide the support to you. Our experience shows that most issues can be corrected as a result of close cooperation between you and the staff. Data Backup: You understand and agree that beesto.com shall under no circumstance be responsible for any lost or corrupted Software or data. beesto.com strongly recommends that you at all times maintain a complete data backup.

Any support must be handled via our support ticket system. We do not provide any official support via email/forums.

We reserve the right to stop supporting you under our own consideration and at any time and any reason.

At the end of our support period you will be free to use our Products under the grant of the GNU/GPL license but you will not receive support or updates from beesto.com

Refund Policy

If you are in any way unhappy with your purchase then you can request a refund at any time within 30 days of your purchase.

We offer non-tangible irrevocable Products, this is why our Refund Policy is conditional, and refunds are subject to our standard refunds policy, below.

We advise you to check our Product demos before you buy. If the Product you have purchased does not include the features and functionality as described at www.beesto.com website and we cannot provide you with a solution you are entitled to request a refund. Please be aware that we can't provide changes or customization services for free. Customer's inability to use purchased Product(s) due to lack of required skills does not require us to provide a refund.

If you think you require a refund you may request the refund by contacting us. We review all refund requests on a case-by-case basis and reserve the right to decline any refund for any reason.

If a refund is approved, depending upon how you made the original payment, your refund will be credited to your PayPal account or to your credit/debit card. Under any circumstances, we will not provide a refund after 30 days have passed from the order date.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services and all information on the Site is provided on an \"as is\" and \"as available\" basis. beesto.com does not provide warranties or representations of any kind. beesto.com disclaims all such representations and warranties, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non infringement. We make no warranties that the Products, the Services and all information will be complete, accurate, uninterrupted, secure, or error free. All information on the Site may be changed without notice.

Limitation of Liability

In no event we will be liable for (1) any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, business interruption, loss of programs or information, and the like) arising out of the use of or inability to use our Products, or any delay of it, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages, or (2) any claim attributable to errors, omissions, or other inaccuracies in the Products, services provided by beesto.com
