Where can I download my product?
For payments made through PayPal, after the payment you will receive an email to the same email address as for your PayPal account. The email contains the login details to our client area. In high volume periods emails can be delayed by up to an hour. If you still haven't received an email after this time period please contact us.
For payments made through 2checkout, after the payment you will receive an email within 1 to 6 hours of the order being placed. If you still haven't received an email after this time period please contact us.
Can I evaluate a product for free, before purchasing it?
We installed a restricted demo of each product for evaluation on our website.
What's included with a new purchase?
A new purchase grants you access to current version and any possible updates of the purchased product along with unlimited time support for one domain usage. No time limitations for your customer account, lifetime access to your account. No additional costs required. All these are included in purchase price.
Do I have to pay for updates?
No, in purchase price is included access to any update.
I bought your component, do I have to pay every year?
No, the purchase price is a one time cost.
What's your support fees and eligibility?
Support is offered at no additional cost for our clients for one domain. Support does not include: modify our products, you are free to do so under the GNU/GPL license or we can do it as a custom job (not free); modifications of any other products to meet a certain need. We reserve the right to stop supporting you in special situations like insulting the staff, modifying the source code in a manner that affects extension to work properly or any situation when the support is not related with our components.
What are your payment options?
For online payments we accept PayPal and 2checkout and for offline payments we accept Western Union.
What is your refund policy?
Refunds are issued according to our refund policy.
Do I get access to the source code?
The full source code is made freely available to the customers.
